    Serah: hey hey dragon boy! calm down... we're not threatening you or anything, we're just very eager to save this dimension and we thought you were gonna help us become heroes faster. we're just confused lil warriors trying to find a lead in this huge dimension...besides, we have no idea what crystals you're talking about and the powers they posses, but right this minute, killing us is not going to be good in the long run... the dimensions can't be saved by you alone, no matter how powerful you are.... ...just heat up a bit... you seem awfully cold

    *the ice in the cave begins to melt as a smirk adorns Serah's face*

    Serah: a what? *frowns slightly* listen you, how come you're suddenly alive anyway? i thought 'finally someone dies' and there you are- right as ray. you tell us why you're here...and where the heck the others in the underworld went or .... or Ichiro's gonna slice your head off! and while you're at it, where are the orbs? before you died and came back to life, you were saying something about two other orbs...

    *Serah steps back into the darkness, completely out of sight, a worried frown on her face as her eyes sparkle like rubies. Mitsuhide stands by Scane's body, his eyes studying the surrounding darkness as one hand grips the sheath of his sword, the other slowly pulling the katana out as he listens to the sounds of the stones*

    Serah: *snickers* and that was the poor and the destitute throwing rocks back at ya.

    *Serah sighs and turns to Scane*

    Serah: you said you had things to teach everyone... why are we here... and what's up with this cave? are you sure you're on our side? ... and i don't know who 'our' is.. each one of us seems to be leading a path of his/her own.

    *Serah steps closer to Mitsuhide, a shiver running down her spine as she walks along with the group into the cave*

    Serah *whispers to Mitsuhide* he said not to enter the cave... perhaps walking into this place with them wasn't a good idea...

    *hears the sound of rocks moving*

    Serah: erm guys? ..... i think the entrance just blocked itself... do you think 'open sesame' would work here?

    *Serah stares blankly after the leaving figure of Scane then turns to the group, looking all dramatic*

    Serah: ...and here i thought he was the protector of the orb here to destroy Ichiro with one strong sweep of his claw and a powerful slice of his katana...and Ichiro's blood would be all over the place, with his pieces mutilated and tossed around. Even his mother wouldn't have recognized him in the state he would have ended up in. oh it would have been a heart-wrenching sight, wouldn't it?

    *Mitsuhide clears his throat but says nothing as Serah rolls her eyes and giggles coldly*

    Serah: well anyway. we're going after him right? it's good to learn as much skills as possible. besides he might have info on the locations of another orb or something. just to remind you Ichiro, he said to follow him into the cave. you know, i think we should completely listen to this guy. probably standing outside the cave would mean inviting trouble or attracting attention of flies or something... but well he looked pretty serious. so into the cave it is! let's go!

    *Serah turns and starts walking in the wrong direction, followed by a silent Mitsuhide*

    Serah: ehehe oh sorry, forgot you're one of the good guys.

    *Serah bats her lashes at Ichiro*

    Serah: oh ignore him, tough guy. can't help it if the drunkard is senseless at the moment.

    *Serah's eyes fall upon the stumbling figure of Spring, looking vulnerable in his drunken state*

    Serah: ...Mitsuhide... get on it.

    *Mitsuhide whirled infront of Spring before Serah was even finished with her words, his eyes flashed a deadly ocean blue as he raised his katana with his one hand, preparing to strike down Spring*

    *Mitsuhide keeps a hand on the head of the sheath of his weapon fixed around his hip, the other manipulating the twists and turns of his light yet deadly blade. His eyes flash a monstrous, angry blue as he swiftly and mercilessly cuts down any enemy that dares to venture a meter from where Serah stood. The katana emanates an eerie light as it slashes through the skeletons, flesh and bones tearing at its lightest touch. Serah snickers and snorts as more of the enemies fall into heaps at Mitsuhide's booted feet, her eyes wandering as she looks to the situation of the other light warriors. In a soft voice, she speaks, once again only for Mitsuhide's ears.*

    Serah: they are powerful, aren't they, handsome.

    Mitsuhide *still slashing and defending*

    Serah: it'll take alot to accomplish my fantasies. but it's possible... isn't it, my pet?

    *Mitsuhide suddenly whirls around, his blade a millimeter away from Serah's neck, a soft smirk on his handsome face, his eyes suddenly blazing before the light dims into a look of hollow emptiness. Serah giggles softly and pushes the blade away with her fingertips*

    Serah: Sorry for insulting you... of course, everything is possible for you.

    *a skeleton lunges for Mitsuhide's back before stopping suddenly in his tracks. Mitsuhide slumps to the floor for a split-second as the skeleton's head explodes before rising again to his feet*

    Serah: *cold smirk* we were having an intimate moment. it was a fool's move to intervene.

    Mitsuhide: ...

    *Mitsuhide shakes off the dust that had settled on his shoulders from his countless slashes as the ruins seemed to grow calmer once more, the weird worm threat all now taken care of. the eerie light glistening in Serah's eyes fade away as she brushes a hand through her hair, searching around for the rest of the group*

    Serah: well, that wasn't so scary. Only a bunch of insects. and i thought there was gonna be a bigger threat.

    Mitsuhide: ...

    Serah: what kind of guardians are lowly worms? Hah... and i heard a whole lot of embellished stories about demons and skeletons and stuff. It was all folklore!

    Mitsuhide: ...

    Serah: hahaha... and an orb protected by a huge, powerful idol! who came up with that stuff? some author desperate for a plot? or maybe the tourism agency... hahaha they probably thought making up stuff about monsters and demons protecting the ruin's essence was gonna get some tourists to spend good money here.

    Mitushide: ... the walls haven't come down yet.

    *Serah looks around and realizes the monstrous walls surrounding the ruins were still standing*

    Serah: well... it's only a wall. i mean, i also heard there were gargoyles protecting the orb too, watching over it from the heavens *Serah snickers* the only thing up there are a bunch of clouds... *Serah looks up at the sky* ...Scary looking thunder-filled clouds.... *Serah's scornful expression disappears* uh... Mitsuhide, wasn't the sun shining a minute ago?

    Mitsuhide: ... they're here ....

    *lightning hits the ground, causing a huge explosion as a gargoyle stands straight, the dust clearing as it bears its fangs*

    Gargoyle: sorry we're late... Now... where's the orb?

    Serah: ehehe... nice kitty... *Serah quickly points at Ichiro* HE TOOK IT!

    *The ruins all turn to ashes as skeletal ghouls limp out, their empty eyesockets all trained on Ichiro's arm and the mark the orb left there*

    Gargoyle: Destroy them.

    (And btw Jack, the man who was serving you vodka turned into a skeleton who wants to serve your brain as a drink) XD

    Serah: it wasn't supposed to be this easy or this obvious to get your orb! spit it out right now!

    *Suddenly, the ground begins to shake, as though the earth itself was angry and several walls suddenly burst out of the ground, surrounding the city high enough to make sure no one was able to get in...or out.*

    Mitsuhide: ... it's here.

    Serah: Ahhhhh youuuu..... you were not supposed to just grab the orb you know..... now you made its guardian angry!... i'm so telling him it's your fault. my skin is already sadly looking as it is... i definitely don't want any bruises. besides, do you know how long it takes to fix my hair everytime i'm involved in some fight?

    *Mitsuhide suddenly grabs Serah by the waist, leaping up into the air as the ground beneath them exploded, several sand worms pouring forth from the hole*

    Serah: INSECTS?! NOOOOO... GET ME AWAY FROM HERE! DO SOMETHING! DON'T JUST STAND THERE PEOPLE! KILL THEM! EEEEWWWW! UGH THIS IS SO NASTY!

    *Mitsuhide lands a few feet away, setting Serah back on her feet as a cold grin transforms her features, her eyes beginning to glow an eerie gold*

    Serah: Well Mitsuhide, let's show this bunch what you're made of.

    Mitsuhide: ...There is a fountain in the center of the ruins...

    Serah: yea, there sure is. *Serah flashes a suspicious-looking smirk* Perhaps we could stop there for a drink? Or a shower? My lovely skin is covered with dust.... seriously not good for my complexion.*

    Mitsuhide: ...

    *Serah walks a safe distance behind the group, her eyes studying Ichiro's every move as she speaks to Mitsuhide in a low voice, only for his ears*

    Serah: his city huh? Who turned it into rubble like this?

    Mitsuhide: ...

    Serah: the orb, do you think this Ichiro guy is going to be the orb's chosen one?

    Mitsuhide: ...

    Serah *smirks in mean amusement* it's okay... the orbs are of no interest to me...

    Serah: the orbs huh. well, that's actually why i am here. Last thing i heard, there's an orb beneath a city 100 miles north of here. I'm not so sure of the details, but it's protected by a statue in the maze of tunnels underneath the city.

    *Mitsuhide's gaze turns to Guimaraes, his empty yet deep eyes staring almost as though he can see through the darkness to the stranger's face. With a slow smirk, Mitsuhide once again faces the group Serah was chatting with, his eyes staring blankly ahead as though he had never moved in the first place*

    Serah *thinks to herself* arguing because of me, their bonds sure are weak.

    Serah: ahem, well i think you all misunderstand, i am not asking you to notice my sexyness, but to allow me to join this group. And i assure you, my abilities reach beyond seducing and well, causing amusing fights amongst those i'm around.

    *Serah turns to distance herself a bit from the group, Mitsuhide following shortly behind*

    Serah *speaks low enough only for Mitsuhide to hear* they look like a bunch of idiots... make sure we get this done right the first time, i really am not in the mood to make my stay with this bunch any longer than it has to be. then... father will acknowledge me... then .... Heh heh heh... you will destroy him too

    *Serah continues to laugh coldly to herself as Mitsuhide's eyes glimmer the color of fire before the flicker dies into his expressionless face once again.*

    Serah: ...damn it..... i'm tired of walking! at this rate i'm going to lose my curves! do you think my powers will work if i lost weight walking around?! i'll be a failure! my sisters will laugh at me! and how do you think me yelling is helping?! don't you know my voice is going to get raspy?! how do you think i'll control you if my voice started to fade from all this screaming?! AND my skin is getting dry from this rotten weather! what if tomorrow morning i get a tan?! OH MY GOD! This is a NIGHTMARE!

    *Serah's litany was silenced by a scaley deformed figure leaping out from behind the nearest boulder. it's gooey looking scales glistened yellow in the moonlight, it's eyes a piercing red as it stared straight into Serah's eyes.*

    Serah: *small smirk* i really was in a bad mood, and you just made the biggest mistake of your life.

    *Mitsuhide suddenly dropped to the ground in a sitting position, his body seeming to lose its energy as he sat there leaning forward. the scaley figure's body began to twitch as it held Serah's gaze ooze spilling forth from its nose, ears and eyes seconds before its head exploded into a hundred pieces.*

    Serah: hehe it's done. Mitsuhide, rise.

    *The light came back into Mitsuhide's eyes and he shook himself slightly before rising to his feet, the pair now making their way onward, drawing closer to where Patch and a number of other light warriors were gathered*

    *A sound echoes from within the fog followed by silence so still it too was echoing*

    *Suddenly, leaping out of the mist was a bluish green demon with his sword raised*

    *the clanging of metals as Mitsuhide's sword stops the demon's one short, a few inches from Serah's face*

    Mitsuhide: *the smallest of smirks* Doomsday.

    *Serah's laughter echoes over the screams of the remaining demons in the area as Mitsuhide, with a few quick slashes and thrusts, makes sure everything is cut down to pieces.*
